Tej Kohli Interests - Sports

In one way or the other everyone is involved in sports, whether they’re are playing it or watching it doesn’t make a difference. Sports are an essential part of every society, or better say country.

Sports come in a wide gamut of sizes. Individual sports like golf are one kind, team games like cricket or soccer are another.

But what these both have in common is the game spirit which brings people together. So what if they’re players dribbling ball in the field or overjoyed spectators hooting for their favorite team, sports is a tradition that knows no limits.

Cricket is one game that has always fascinated me. My mother & Brother Nav Tej Kohli told me that I liked hitting sixes with my bat, when I was just 7 years old. Cricket runs in my blood, ever since I first gripped the bat. More than just watching it, I love to play cricket in my spare time.

Cricket is in all probability the most amazing game I’ve ever came across. Even today when I scan my memory bank, I can recollect those wonderful school days, when I used to play cricket for our school team. What a fun it was! Especially the feeling when I used to make a respectable score or knock down a couple of wickets form the opponents’ team. It used to be such great achievement.

But, as I grew up and got stuck in worldly rigmaroles there was hardly any time to play cricket. Although, the cricketing spirit managed to subsist, the inclination was more towards watching than playing. Just about 6 months back I painted India’s flag on my face and wore India’s blue t-shirt to cheer my team. I’m so happy whenever India wins, but sometimes I end up spending sleepless nights if India loses.

Anyways! To win or lose is part of game rather I would say an inspiration to perform better.

Besides all that, cricket has also taught me the significance of teamwork and cooperation that I applied in my business too.

Playing cricket was my first passion. Even now I mange to hit a few strokes with my bat and, believe it or not, my entire tiresome and exhaustion die out.
